Growing up in rural New Jersey with its vast open space of land to explore and live within minutes of many farms I was always surrounded by a variety of delicious fruits and vegetables. Hiking trails filled with wild blueberries, blackberries and plums, going to “You-pick-It” farms within minutes of my residence or going in my backyard and tended the family garden, fresh food was everywhere. I continuously had an access to a rainbow of delicious fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices. My family home had many fruit and vegetable plants passed down from generation to generation from family relatives, including: mint, oregano, cilantro, peaches, blackberries and pears.
As a child growing up, I observed my grandmother prepare, cook and carefully listened to her oral history of the medicinal properties food would do for the body.
Fast forward, I triumphantly overcame a gastrointestinal issue, Crohn’s Disease and discovered abnormal cells in my breast tissue. Using nutrition and followed the Holistic approach I am celebrating my life with no health issues leading a happy and productive life. I created a healthy life for myself and did the “homework” by consistently engaging on a daily basis what work needed to be done and did it. My path is unique as we all are and the journey of healthy living continues….

Using safe effective modalities and utilizing them into your life is primary in achieving your personal health goals.
I create customized health and wellness plans in accordance to your health goals. There are no fad diets or counting calories found in the nutrition health and wellness programs I create. Only back to basics, encouraging the use of whole, organic GMO-free, nutritious foods with vitamins and supplements to develop your customized program. Nutrition is the primary focus.
