A Soothing Way to End Your Day



You just had a stressful day and want to relax. Pennies on the dollar you can create a stress-free environment to help you relax by taking a warm bath. An easy “Health and wellness on a budget lifestyle.”

Tell your family, “It’s me time and I am going to take a bath.” Place a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the bathroom door. Light a few candles. Dim the lights and have soft soothing music to enhance your relaxation. Soothe your mind and muscles with this special blend of Epsom salt, baking soda and lavender essential oil.

In running warm/hot water add:


1 cup of Baking Soda (aluminum free)

1 ½ cups to 2 cups of Epsom salt

10 to 15 drops of lavender essential oil

Soak your body in the bath for 20 to 30 minutes. Release a few sighs. Decompress and reduce your stress.
