2 Scoops of Plant based protein
2 Scoops of Select Line of Fiberwise
4 cups of chopped mixed greens with kale or spinach and Swiss Chard
4 large carrots ½ inch of chopped ginger root 1/4 lime with zest
2 Tbsp of hemp seed Option: nuts of your choice a small handful.
3 ice cubes
Water: Start out with a half a cup.
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. As you blend you will see it thicken add more water if desired. Place in glass or in a bowl. Have it as a meal or accompany it with a meal. Perfect for “On the Go!”
