Summer Guacamole


2 peeled and pitted Haas avocados

1 medium tomato, finely diced

1⁄2 small red onion or white onion finely diced

1⁄2 cup chopped cilantro

3 tablespoons lime juice

1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Option:1 teaspoon Himalayan Salt

Instructions: In a medium bowl, toss the tomatoes with the onion, cilantro, lime juice, pepper flakes and 1 tsp. salt, and let sit for about 5 to 7 minutes. Add the avocado and gently mash it into the tomato mixture with a fork. Serve immediately.
