Superfood Green Energy Smoothie

Welcome to Indian Summer! October is a great time where I live where the weather can be cool one day and warm the next. The Fall colors will soon arrive changing the foliage to the bright gold, orange and red. Even though the season is changing October can be a busy month. Between work, school, after school activities and preparing for the holidays we need to have energy. Here is a great smoothie to drink to help you throughout the month. Green and packed with energy!!

1 scoop Green Superfood for Energy (I use Amazing Grass Brand)

1 Scoop Green Superfood (I use Amazing Grass Brand)

1 scoop of Designer Protein Sunflower Protein and Superfoods⠀

6 to 8 oz. almond milk

½ banana

handful of spinach ⠀

1 tsp. almond butter ⠀

1 tsp. chia seeds⠀

Add 2 to 4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more almond milk to the desired consistency if needed. Serves 2
