Turmeric Tea

Ingredients:

2 tsp. peeled and finely grated turmeric

¼ cup coconut milk

Pinch of black Pepper

1/2 - 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. peeled and finely grated ginger Option: ginger powder

1/2 mug boiling water

Option: 6 Stevia drops

Directions:

1. Fill mug halfway with boiling water.

2. Add turmeric and ginger.

3. Cover and allow to steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain tiny bits of turmeric and ginger.

4. Fill the rest of the mug with coconut milk.

Stir in black pepper, cinnamon and cinnamon.
